5. Third-Party Processors
We share data with carefully selected third parties only where necessary:
- Payment processing – Payments are handled securely by PayPal and Stripe, both PCI-DSS compliant processors. We do not store your full card or payment details.
- Email delivery – Transactional emails (such as account notices and receipts) are sent via our hosting company’s mail infrastructure.
- Analytics – We use Google Analytics to analyse site usage and improve our service. Google Analytics may set cookies and collect anonymised usage data. You can opt out by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

- Mobile app distribution – The TopDJMixes app is distributed via the Google Play Store (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS). You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings. Revoking storage access will prevent offline playback, but will not affect other App functionality.
- Offline downloads – Episodes you download for offline listening are stored locally on your device. Downloaded files are tied to your account and are only accessible while you are logged in. Downloaded content is subject to the same licence restrictions as streamed content — it is for your personal, private listening only and must not be copied, transferred, or shared.
- Account sync – The App syncs your favourites, playlists, recently played history, and playback position with our servers when an internet connection is available. This sync data is associated with your account and is processed as described in this Privacy Policy.
- App analytics – We may collect anonymised usage data from the App (such as features used and error reports) to help us improve App performance and stability. This data does not identify you personally.
- App updates – We may update the App from time to time. We recommend keeping the App up to date to benefit from the latest features and security improvements. Significant updates may be required to continue using certain features.
